The COVID-19 pandemic has devastated every corner of the adventure travel industry –resulting in employee and contractor layoffs and furloughs at all levels.  When and how the industry recovers remain uncertain.  There is a consensus adventure travel will be one of the fastest sectors to regain its footing. However, some companies may never recover, and the recovery speed for those that survive will vary greatly depending on the destination, type of company, traveler demographic, and a company’s resources.  In short, COVID-19 has dramatically disrupted the business environment, presenting both career threats and opportunities – a gut check for employees and contractors across the value chain.  This webinar will offer insights into evaluating the recovery landscape and what you can do to position yourself to achieve your professional goals now and when the storm passes.
